Normativa
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 116 of September 3, 2020 (“Legislative Decree 116/2020”), implementing Directive EU/2018/851 on waste and Directive EU/2018/852 on packaging and packaging waste, which entered into force on January 1, 2023, BMP srl has defined the codes for the classification of packaging.
BMP srl has decided to make environmental labeling of packaging by BMP information available via a QR code on all packaging containing information relating to each specific product package.
The table below lists the materials and their corresponding identification codes (129/97/EC) for the purpose of recognizing and properly disposing of all environmental labeling of packaging by BMP components.
