Our Quality Policy aims to constantly improve the products and service provided, in order to achieve full customer satisfaction.

BMP processes special single and double-sided adhesive tapes: through staff training, supplier selection, checks carried out on products during production and continuous customer support, it aims to achieve full customer satisfaction.

 

The guidelines for achieving complete customer satisfaction are:

  • Training Resources and Communication, both between internal resources and with the outside, in order to increase everyone’s knowledge and skills and the ability to work in a group towards common objectives. The training of all internal resources constitutes a strong point to guarantee, in addition to the continuous updating of their knowledge relating to Quality requirements, also the correct carrying out of the activities foreseen for their duties in awareness of the relevance and importance of their role;
  • Commitment to environmental protection through optimization and the use of new technologies for energy saving and respect for the environment, with the real desire to make one’s activities have less impact on the ecological system;
  • Risk-based thinking as a criterion in determining each decision, in the analysis of potential critical issues and any problems encountered;
  • Propensity for continuous improvement through continuous monitoring of processes and customer satisfaction, with a commitment to promptly identifying and implementing resolution actions;
  • Compliance with mandatory regulations by acquiring the recommendations and suggestions dictated by EU directives and standards regarding the safety of the workplace, products and materials;
  • Awareness that Quality is the company’s fundamental priority to improve products, the service offered to customers and everyone’s work.

 

In order to satisfy what is expressed in this Quality Policy, the Management has defined for the various company functions measurable objectives consistent with the Policy, the actions to be taken to achieve them, the times and resources necessary.
