BMP distributes, transforms and sells adhesive tapes, structural bonding systems, liquid adhesives and related dosing and application systems.

BMP HAS ALL THE EQUIPMENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF ADHESIVE TAPE

The large fleet of machines allows us to carry out all the tape manufacturing processes, until we obtain finished products with high added value.

The equipment includes flat, rotary and laser die-cutters, platens, in-line guillotines, lathes, cutters, rewinders, sheeters, liner printers, pick & place assemblers, corona treatment and plotters.

Thanks to the qualified personnel, equipment and tools supplied, BMP is a leading company in the transformation of adhesive tapes, able to follow a project from the study phase to its industrialisation, passing through the intermediate phases of prototyping, modification and testing.

Continuous updating and consolidated experience resulting from thirty years of presence on the market have allowed BMP to establish itself as an industrial partner capable of satisfying the most critical requests and solving the most complex problems.

 

TRANSFORMATION IS THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS CARRIED OUT ON FLEXIBLE SEMI-FINISHED MATERIALS, ADHESIVE OR NOT, IN ORDER TO MAKE THEM AVAILABLE IN OTHER FORMATS

Generally, we create special die-cut designs or rolls cut into special dimensions so as to make the product suitable for the customer’s application. The objective is to save the end user time and money as well as, obviously, maximize the efficiency of the application processes.

Our fleet

Over the years, in order to respond to the growing needs of the market, BMP has adopted a wise and continuous policy of reinvesting its profits in staff, production spaces and, above all, technologically cutting-edge machinery.

 

Currently, the fleet of machines, the company’s true flagship, is made up of:

 

  • 1 Laser rotary machine;
  • 1 Flatbed plotter with oscillating blade;
  • 1 Laser CO2 plotter;
  • 8 slitting-rewinding machines (max width 2.450 mm);
  • 4 lathes;
  • 20 die-cutting machines (11 rotary, 7 flat-bed and 2 platen);
  • 6 laminating/sheeting machines (max width 2.300mm);
  • 2 “tape gap” cutting machines;
  • 2 guillotines;
  • 1 plasma/corona treatment machine;
  • 1 profile reader;
  • 1 automatic assembler “pick & place“
