Our self-regulation code
B.M.P. S.r.l. has adopted a corporate investment policy not focused on the mere and exclusive corporate profit but also on the protection of the person as a center of interest, be they an employee/collaborator of the company itself, whether a customer or supplier.
B.M.P. S.r.l. bases its internal and external activity on respect for the principles contained herein Code, in the belief that ethics in conducting business must be pursued together with success of the business: ethics is an essential value.
B.M.P. S.r.l. in fact it intends to contribute to the collective well-being and growth of the community in which it operates, producing quantitative and qualitative improvements.
B.M.P. S.r.l., due to what has been said, is committed not only to the application of legal regulations in force but also to the application of ethical principles and human rights.
Correctness and loyalty in behavior, willingness to listen, the awareness that this activity must be indispensably and continuously coordinated with a system of values constitute always the B.M.P. S.r.l. project.
It is with this spirit that the Administrator of B.M.P. S.r.l. – with the support and approval of Shareholders’ Meeting – with decision dated 01/12/2019, ordered the approval – at the same time as the Model 231 of which it is part – of this Code of Ethics as its “Constitutional Charter” compliant with what provided by the Legislative Decree 231/2001 regarding the administrative liability of entities.
The purpose of this Code of Ethics is, therefore, to give evidence and form to the standards of behavior already in place long ago adopted by B.M.P. S.r.l., to which the corporate bodies, all employees, collaborators and suppliers they must comply.
