tesa® 4651 series includes a range of durable and conformable cloth tapes with a high quality acrylic coating available in various colors and suitable for multiple applications.
The tape consists of 145 mesh rayon fabric coated with a natural rubber adhesive for a total thickness of 310 microns.
This conformation guarantees excellent abrasion resistance, high tensile strength, and great adhesion on many surfaces, including embossed or irregular ones.
These features make it perfect for applications such as ground marking (for resistance to foot traffic) and temporary identification (thanks to the available colors and perfect removability without releasing adhesive residues).
The high tack enable fast application and strong adhesion already shortly after application. tesa® 4651 also offers good water resistance and can withstand high temperatures with peaks up to 130 ° C.
This is why it is ideal for hermetic and permanent sealing operations, covering holes, belting and reinforcing pipes.
The tape is hand tearable and writable, comfortable and easy to apply, perfect for wrapping / securing cables and identifying them.
